Attest university degree certificates for submission to China
Degree certificates and university course transcripts required for submission to authorities in China or in support of Chinese visa applications can be attested with an Apostille Stamp, issued by the competent authority of the country where the university is based.
Since China joined the Apostille Convention in November 2023, Degree Certificates required for submission to Chinese authorities or in support of Chinese visa applications no longer need to be attested by the Chinese embassy.
Instead Degrees can be authenticated with a simple Apostille Stamp when issued in any country that is a member of the Apostille Convention. The Apostille will be accepted by Chinese as confirmation of authenticity.
Degrees required for use in Taiwan still require attestation by the Taiwanese consulate or representative office in the country of issue.

United Kingdom
UK degrees can be authenticated with an Apostille Stamp from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The degree must be previously certified by a UK notary or solicitor (original or copy). Normally we can arrange notarization and apostille stamping from a good quality scan, so that there is no need to send the original diploma.
UK Academic CertificatesUnited States
Degree certificates and course transcripts from American universities can be authenticated with an Apostille Stamp. A notarized copy can be made from a scan and an Apostille obtained from the Washington DC Secretary of State.
If an Apostille is required on the original, in most states, a University official will need to certify the degree in front of a notary. An Apostille can then be obtained from the State where the notary is commissioned.
US Education ApostillesGermany
German degree certificates can be authenticated with an Apostille on a notarized copy. The Apostille is obtained from the regional court. If the Apostille is required on the original degree, a certified copy must be obtained directly from the university - an Apostille can then be obtained from the competent authority in the state where the university is based.
German university diplomasFrance
French Degree Certificates and course transcripts required for submission to Chinese authorities can be authenticated with an Apostille Stamp from the Court of Appeal. The original certificate or a certified copy is required (copies should be certified by a French Town Hall, notary or French embassy or consulate).
French academic diplomasIndia
Indian University degrees required for submission to authorities in China or Chinese embassies can be authenticated with an Apostille Stamp from the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. The diploma is first attested by a notary and sub-divisional magistrate. The original diploma is required.
Indian university diplomasSouth Africa
South African degree certificates and course transcripts required for Chinese visa applications can be authenticated with an Apostille Stamp from Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). A letter of verification is required from SAQA or Umalusi.
South African QualificationsSwitzerland
Swiss university degree certificates and course transcripts can be authenticated for Chinese visa applications with an Apostille Stamp. Apostilles can be applied to original diplomas or notarized true copies. We can obtain apostilles for Swiss degrees from a good-quality scan.
